1.- When putting the gel on I have a feeling of stiffness on my face, ¿is that normal?

Yes, as the gel is not moisturizing, the skin tends to be a little dry. Generally, this is a little bit bothersome, but you can stand it, but if the annoyance persists, you can apply a moisturizing cream.

2.- Can products from the extract of snail slime produce some kind of allergy?

Every product applied on the skin can produce some kind of allergy. In the case of cosmetics, some minor allergies can be produced, both excipients and active principles.

Just a few times some redden skin has been reported. If it is too intense, stop the use of the product, but if this is something not serious, there is no reason for quitting the use of the product.
